The lifestyle changes like avoiding strenuous activities that may aggravate hemorrhoids further, surgery for severe cases where all other methods have failed. The procedures such as “rubber band ligation” where an elastic band is used to remove internal piles by cutting off its blood supply.

You can reduce the chance of developing further piles symptoms by not straining too hard during bowel movements. it maintaining a healthy lifestyle namely eating a high-fiber diet taking regular exercise & staying hydrated also.
