What is piles or Hemorrhoids

piles also known as Hemorrhoids, are swollen veins near the anus that can become inflamed and painful. The most common symptom is an enlargement and pressing feeling in the anus or rectum, which may get worse at night. Other symptoms may include pain when defecating or urinating, bleeding from the rectum, or a white discharge from the anus.

There are two types of piles

Sitting in a shallow bath with warm water can help relieve the itching, burning, and discomfort associated with hemorrhoids by increasing blood flow to affected areas and aiding healing.

5 . Aloe vera gel
Applying aloe vera gel directly onto affected areas helps reduce inflammation and promote healing by soothing any itching or burning sensations associated with piles while also providing antiseptic properties which protect against bacterial infection around delicate skin tissue.

6 . Medical treatments:
If natural methods don’t provide relief from piles symptoms then there are medical solutions available including creams and ointments. The lifestyle changes like avoiding strenuous activities that may aggravate hemorrhoids further, surgery for severe cases where all other methods have failed. The procedures such as “rubber band ligation” where an elastic band is used to remove internal piles by cutting off its blood supply.

7 . Preventative measures :
You can reduce the chance of developing further piles symptoms by not straining too hard during bowel movements. it maintaining a healthy lifestyle namely eating a high-fiber diet taking regular exercise & staying hydrated also.
